Pricing

One operating system for the whole leasing team.

VacantLoop is scoped to the portfolio it helps operate: buildings, vacant suites, demand volume, and onboarding needs. Your team can collaborate without turning every additional participant into a fee.

Portfolio

Extend the loop across a growing footprint

Quoted annuallyScales with buildings and vacant square feet.

  • Everything in a pilot engagement.
  • Separate workspaces per ownership entity, isolated from one another.
  • One sign-in across workspaces for people who work more than one portfolio.
  • Comparable reporting per entity, against the response and opportunity measures each team uses.
  • Named point of contact for onboarding each new entity.
Talk to us

Why pricing starts with scope. A five-building portfolio with clean inventory and connected inbound is a different engagement from a multi-entity rollout with historical data to reconcile. We define the work and provide a fixed written figure before the pilot begins.

Common questions

What does a pilot actually commit us to?

A fixed term at a fixed price, with your data exportable throughout. Before the start, we agree on the operating outcomes that will make the pilot worth continuing: adoption, response discipline, qualified opportunities, and progression to completed tours.

Do we need to change how inbound reaches us?

Two changes, both on your side of the door: your website form and your shared leasing inbox start sending a copy here. The addresses you already give out do not have to change, and the original message is kept.

Who owns the data?

You do. Inventory, rents, deal terms, leads, conversations and broker records are yours, exportable on request, and never used to answer another landlord’s questions.

What happens to inbound while we are onboarding?

Nothing changes until you repoint it. Inventory goes in first precisely so that the day inbound starts arriving, the answers it gets are already correct.
