AI with clear data boundaries and human accountability.
VacantLoop handles commercially sensitive inventory, rents, deal terms, conversations, and pipeline decisions. These are the controls a prospective customer needs to evaluate how that information is used.
Organization boundaries
Inventory, prospects, leads, and conversations remain inside the organization that owns them and are never used to answer another landlord.
Role-based access
People receive the workspace access their role requires. Administrative access does not imply permission to read a leasing pipeline.
Protected sign-in
Teammates join through an invitation they accept, at the role chosen for them, and set their own password. Anyone can add two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and one-time recovery codes.
Grounded generation
Claims about available space must come from the inventory records behind the response. Unsupported drafts are discarded before review.
Human approval
AI can recommend and draft. A signed-in person reviews and approves every outbound message. There is no auto-send.
Deal terms stay human
Commercial terms are entered by people and never read by the AI. Only an owner can approve, counter, or decline an offer, and doing so sends nothing.
Attributable actions
Consequential creates, edits, stage changes, reviews, and sends keep the responsible person and time.
Inspectable intelligence
Decision support is presented as evidence for review. Human corrections are preserved so agreement and misses can be measured.
Your workspace owns its context
Buildings, suites, prospects, leads, messages, and decisions belong to the organization that created them. People who work across more than one portfolio switch between separate workspaces explicitly. One landlord’s information is never used to answer another.
AI assists without becoming the authority
Decision support helps identify likely leasing intent, commercial questions, a useful reply path, and readiness. These are reviewable recommendations. They do not silently qualify a lead, group an opportunity, change a stage, or send a message.
Generated inventory claims face a second boundary: area, asking rent, availability, and matching suites must be supported by current master data. A prospect’s words cannot establish a fact about your space.
Commercial actions keep a human owner
A signed-in person approves every outbound message. Approving, countering, or declining an offer is reserved for an owner. Material changes, reviews, decisions, and sends retain an attributable record so the team can see who made the decision and when.
Current assurance status
VacantLoop does not currently hold a SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certification. We provide an accurate account of the controls in place and answer customer security reviews directly. If a certification is a buying requirement, raise it before a pilot so there is no ambiguity.
We do not sell or rent customer data. The privacy policy explains what information is collected, why it is processed, and how to make a data request.
Report a vulnerability
Email info@tneni.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge the report and keep you updated while it is open.
Bring your security questions to the product review.
We will map the controls to your requirements and identify any gap before a pilot begins.
